Our Romford home provides high-quality residential care in a safe, structured environment. The residence is well-equipped to support young people to feel at ease, secure and respected. Our team brings broad and varied experience from across the sector, with a strong focus on relationship-based practice and day-to-day consistency.


We are committed to working in partnership with local authorities to ensure responsive, joined-up care. With strong staff continuity, we create the conditions for trust, stability and sustainable progress.

Services

.Inclusiti Support provides 16+/18+ Semi-independent/Supported Accommodation DPV. This includes: Supported Living, Prevention and Floating Support; Vulnerable & Complex Homeless and Rough Sleeping Support.

We offer

short and long-term placements for young people with moderate to complex needs. Our team, holding up-to-date Ucheck enhanced DBS certification, includes many who have worked with us for over five years. We aim always to strengthen the depth of experience within the team  to provide the best possible care to the young people we support.

Specialist training

equips our staff to support a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, DoLS, trauma-informed care, learning disabilities, complex trauma, self-harm and substance misuse. Emphasizing 1-1 work, we strive for outcomes beyond expectations. Our team is trained in medication management and Mental Health First Aid, to ensure safe, coordinated care.

Tailored care

plans are developed with local authorities to meet the unique needs of each young person. Our goal is to provide a structured, respectful environment where they can thrive. In addition to regular care, we offer emergency cover, respite services, and overnight care, all delivered with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and detailed record-keeping.

Floating support

is a flexible outreach service for young people supported by a local authority. We help them build independence and essential life skills. Support is tailored to each individual and delivered in their homes or local communities. We assist with education, wellbeing, tenancy, and daily living—promoting stability, confidence, and a smooth transition to adulthood.
