team
Life isn't always easy. Getting to know new people takes time. We've worked with many members of our Team for more than five years. We respect their experience, listen to their advice and provide them with continuous professional development. It's important to protect their anonymity but here are some of their stories.
Service Manager
"I started working with them over five years ago. I was a student looking for flexible working and some extra money. Before I knew it, I'd completed twenty six training programmes, from Autism Awareness to DoLs, began to gain the knowledge and experience and the foundations of a rewarding career."
Support Worker
Support Worker
""When I first joined, I was impressed with the onboarding. Everything was laid out simple, straight to the point – no faff. The systems just made sense, and that gave me double the confidence stepping into work with young people. I didn’t feel like I was thrown in the deep end. It felt like they actually cared about setting you up right, right from the start."."
Social worker
""I like that I meet the same care workers over time.. This makes a difference for the young people. They build proper relationships and don’t have to keep starting over. The team on ground know what they’re doing— they have real experience, not just book talk. It makes my work more effective, because we all know what’s needed and get on with it."
